Sometimes her day goes as planed and sometimes is can turn out the opposite of what she wanted. Its really interesting reading about a girls life everyday at a high school and what its like to be different.

 

Dead meat! Moya Simons - Jorjah Harvey

Danny Thompson is always getting into trouble. He manages to lose his baby sister, He gave his mother the wrong present for her fortieth birthday then something awful happens to his parents only wedding photo's. He is the definition of dead meat!

I rate this book a 6/10 because it's funny. I don't personally like this book but, recommend it to those who have done something bad on accident or purpose and want to see what its like for others.

But, mouldy mozzarella, his trip was out of this world!

Ruma Miah - 33/40

This book is about a girl called Kay Merchant. She is 14 and she is struggling to understand her changing world. Like why did her parents break up and why does her mum insist that girls can do anything? Whats wrong with her best friend Carol and why does Grahame Patterson always act like such a jerk? Eve seems to be the only one she can rely on and even she show signs of dissaparing. 

I recommend this book to people who like drama books. I rate this book a 9/10

This book is about Aztecs.I learnt a lot about this culture like they use to use cocoa beans as money and that they use to sacrifice people to the sun god they would cut out your beating heart then give it to the sun.I really enjoyed this this book I rate this book a 9/10.I recommend this book to anyone who loves interesting topics and anyone who loves to read outside there comfort zone.

Ruma Miah - 32/40

This book is about a man called Victor Frankenstein. His mum died from scarlet fever so Victor leaves his family in Geneva and goes to the University of Ingolstadt to study natural science, where he becomes obsessed with the idea of unlocking the secret of life. His experiments lead to success, but he is so horrified by his creation that he rejects it and leaves. After that there was a tragic and destructive chain of events that lead him to regret the day he decided to do what he did. 

I recommend this book to people who like horror stories I rate this book a 7/10

Overall I think that this book was boring and I didn't like it.

This book is about Hugo and his father. They travel through Australia but on the way they get stopped by a guy called Harry Power and he threatens them by telling them to give him all of there money  otherwise they'll get shot. Later on in the book Hugo meets a guy called Ned Kelly which he thought was a nice guy he even meet his family. But there's something that Hugo doesn't know. What is it?

I would recommend this book if you like mystery's. I would rate this book a 8/10

this book is about a boy called Billy who wants to turn a old wooden house into a sweet shop. He finds a giraffe a pelly and a monkey inside the house. They soon become good friends and meet a rich man in England. Billys dream might come true.


I liked this book. It was really entertaining. I would recommend this book to people who likes animals and that like adventures. 6/10

this book is a bout a boy called Bruno who finds a mystery boy. They become best friends. Bruno finds out that his cook is from the same place as his best friend. He doesn't know that they are in a camp that is ran by Hitler and he thinks that they are farmers.


I think that it was a good book. It is definitely better than the movie. I would recommend this book to people who like war. I would read it again.

 16-year-old Hazel, whose cancer leaves her permanently attached to an oxygen cart, and Augustus, a boy who lost a leg to bone cancer. Throughout this book they form a strong relationship. This book is very sad at times but Is still very enjoyable.

This book is a nice book and I will give it a 8/10 it was a little boring at times but I still liked it.

This book is about and Australian how decides to go to New Zealand and join a hunting group and they travel around NZ to go hunting. They were people that had never been in the bush or held a gun they become In love with hunting and formed some really good relationship.

I would give this book at 10/10 I loved this book because I love to go hunting and it was very enjoyable.

This book is about a boy called Robert Hoge. He was born with a huge tumor on his face. At first when his mother was told about his face, even his own mum didn't want to take him home. Eventually his older siblings persuaded his mum to bring Robert home. When Robert was young he had a lot of operations. When he was 3 he had a big operation to fix his face. It was the biggest operation in Australia. In the operation the surgeons amputated his legs. Robert settled in well at school, but got 1 or 2 looks. He wanted to play rugby league. But he had an opportunity to play lawn bowls instead. With a lot of practice he was able to win some competitions. 

I recommend this book to people who like biography books. I rate this book a 10/10

I loved this book and enjoyed reading about Robert's story.

Billys life turns around the wrong way and everything starts going down hill from there. But then it gets picked up again and he goes
back to Chelsea.
