Ruma Miah - 30/40

This book is about a boy called Greg Heffley. He goes on a road trip with his family. This time Wimpy Kid Greg is stuck on a disastrous family road trip. There are small car accidents, some distracted driving, a biting pig, and some gunshots when the family station wagon gets too close to hunting grounds. She's so hung up about real family time that she bans electronics, packs everyone nutritious food in their own "Mom Meal" bags, plays car games, and pops in Spanish-language CD's.

I would recommend this book for people who like adventures books. I rate this book a 9/10.

I really enjoyed this book because it had some funny parts in the story and I like adventures books.

This book is about a boy named Brian. His lives in Australia. His parents had divorced and his dad had moved to Canada. He lived with his mum all the time so he decided to go and see his dad. They packed all the stuff inside the plane. His mum gave him a hatchet to put on his belt. While on their plane ride the pilot taught Brian how to fly the plane and let him fly it. Suddenly the pilot had a heart attack and died. He moved into the pilots seat and started steering. He tried to talk through the radio but there was no channel service. He decided to wait for the plane's fuel to fun out so it had less of a chance of blowing up when it crashed.

He landed in a lake in the middle of no where. The pilot and Brian were still strapped in their seat belts. He took his seat belt off and swam to the top. He left the pilot in the plane since he was already dead. He dragged himself up against a tree and a swarm of mosquitoes came to him. He hit them away. All he had was the hatchet and himself. He didn't know how to find food. He saw a pile of sticks and tried to light a fire and that didn't work for a long time. He tried one more time and he managed to get the fire started. He built him a shelter out of sticks.

The next day he found some raspberry bushes. He ate too much and he got a stomach ache. He made a bow and arrow to catch fish. It took him several tries but in the end he managed to get one. With the fish that he caught he took them to the fire he had started and cooked them. He eat them slowly because he didn't want to finish the only food he had fast. The next couple of days he found food and he ate it.

One day he was sleeping and he heard a loud roar of wind. He soon noticed that it was a tornado and held onto a tree as tight as he could. The tornado destroyed everything he had. After the tornado had passed he went to look if he could find any remains of what he had. He found his bow and arrow. He suddenly noticed the plane tail sticking out of the water and thought the tornado must have moved it. He thought that there might be a survival pack left so he made plans to get it the next day. He got the survival pack and there was food, pots, fire starters, a rifle, and a help transmitter. He set the help transmitter up.

He started cooking food and all of a sudden he saw a plane land by his shelter. A person came too save him but instead of rushing into the plane he said "would you like some food"

This book is about a girl named Fern who realizes that the piglet, Wilbur is going to get slaughtered so Wilbur is sent to her uncle's farm where he lonely and has no friends. A spider called Charlotte becomes friends with him and their adventure begins. Charlotte helps the pig and is kind and helpful to everyone.

I would recommend this book for someone who likes fun and interesting books. I would rate this book 9/10

I really enjoyed this book because it was about kindness and friendship and it was a interesting book.

Hatchet is a book about a 13 Year old boy whose parents are divorced. He survives a plane crash in the Canadian wilderness going to visit his father and must use the hatchet his mother once gave him to stay alive. I would give this book a 10/10 because I thoroughly enjoyed it.

This book is about a Jewish girl called Anne Frank aged thirteen who went hiding in the secret annexe at the back of Anne's dad's office with her family to get rid of the Nazis from putting them into concentration camps. For two years life was harsh and sad and they weren't allowed to go outside or run or shout or laugh too loudly. When the German police find them they are taken away to concentration camps and sad and dreadful things happen.

I would recommend this book for people who like to know more about World War II and interesting books. I would rate this book 9/10

I really enjoyed this book because it was interesting and historical.

This book is about a young girl about 16 years old? Getting pregnant from her boyfriend who wanted to take things a bit far a bit too fast... When she told her mother she was pregnant her mum made her pack her bags and leave. No one wanted to take her in cause she was a teen mom.

I kinda liked this book because its sad and tells a girls life. I rate this book a 7/10 and reccomend this book for people who like sad interesting storys.

Later in life god had spoken to him god told Merlin to thank him for what had happened and Merlin didn't understand. So later in life he was a counselor to help people and he made them thank god for what is happening in there life and everything will be fine. He them came a famous counselor around the world. He them came religious and believe in thanking god, god will then help you with your problems.

I really like this book to be honest. Im not that religious but i think this was a good book i rate this book a 9/10 and recommend it for anyone who has a hard life and believes in god

Tomorrow when the war began is about Ellie and her friends, Homer, Corrie, Fiona, Robyn, Lee and Kevin go on a trip to Taylor's Stitch in wirrawee. They stay there for 5 days and go back home. When they all arrive at Ellie's house that dogs are dead and there is no one in the house. They check the radio and there was no reception. They checked everyone elses house. It was the same thing at their houses. They fund a letter at kevin's house left from his dad. It says they are at the showgrounds. So they decided to go check that showgrounds. When they got there they saw 3 soldiers. One of the soldiers saw them and started to chase them. They blew them up. They went to fight back and they blew up the bridge.

I recommend this book to people who like war books. I rate this book a 5/10

I sort of liked this book but it got a little bit boring.

This book is about a young boy who got raised in a hotel being made to do most of the work. This young boy's name is Toby. One day as he went down on to the beach to get the cook's washing he heard a voice coming out from under the pier. That's when he discovered the mermaids, as he went into there cave he got given a ring with the initials DD on standing for duke of dudley. Mr Harris seen him with the ring and the newspaper got called. The flots were the mermaids they came to stay in the hotel in a disguise. He later found out that who his birth parents are and were.

I liked this book and I recommend this for anyone who likes a great ending.

A man had made over 500 world records and broke the record for the most world records done. The longest fish is 7.6 m long and weighted 272 kg. There are many records for the most participation, biggest food, large musical instrument and heaps more.

I would recommend this book for someone who likes to know more about world records and heaps of jaw dropping things. I would rate this book 9/10

I really enjoyed this book because it had heaps of weird and interesting things that I didn't even know.
