His mom finds out and puts him to Camp Half Blood, a summer camp for demigods. Percy finds out his father is Poseidon, God of the Sea. Zeus, god of sky thinks he has stolen his lightning bolt. Percy and his friends go on a mystery defeating monsters and trying to stay alive to get to the gates of the underworld.

I would recommend this book for someone who likes to know more about Greek gods and likes adventurous books. I would rate this book 9/10

I really enjoyed this book because it was adventurous, fantasy and interesting.
