The book is about a young boy named james who lives with his two auntys , aunt spikier and aunt sponge. His two auntys treat him like he's their maid by making him do the house work , chopping the wood and everything else they don't want to do. One day while he's cutting wood he finds the man which gives him the beans , which allow the peach to be giant.

I would recommend this book for early teen years such as 10 , 11 , 12 and also 13.
I would rate this book 6/10 because its not as challenging as other books I could be picking out.

I enjoyed this book because I thought it would be a good start off for the book challenge.
